Project Life Cycle. A Professional, Experienced or Certified Project Manager's entire responsibility is to identify, plan, manage, supervise, report and close entire activities, sub activities and tasks in an approved project. From the project inception to kick-off and successful closure, all activities, plans and performance matrices are listed in the Project Life Cycle. There are activities which needs to be continuously done even after the Project Life Cycle to sustain the objectives of the project for a longer period until the project life will be expired.
