This unit was a unique and covert task force formed by the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs if Staff back the beginning of the 1990’s. It was eventually partnered with the United Nations in 1998, however operational control remained with the CJCS. The organization consisted of top Tier Operators from multiple Federal, Military agencies. The command structure was distinctive in that all high commanding officers were all former Military Police PSD agents formerly assigned to then CJCS Gen. John Shalikashvili. Deputy Chief Mark Volino ( Expert Wheelman and Protective Service Agent) and Assistant Chief Gene Harrison ( Ret. Major, Provost Marshal) we’re appointed to lead the elite unit. The unit completed over 100 missions throughout the world, protecting Dignitaries and their families.
