- AVCon is an anime and video games convention held in Adelaide, South Australia each year. The convention showcases Japanese Animation and Video Gaming at many vendor stalls. Attendees participate in events such as the cosplay parade, Avcon's cosplay competition and the National Madman cosplay competition. As well as video game tournaments, panels, anime screenings and anime music videos (AMV) competition. AVCon is run by the not-for-profit organisation Team AVCon Inc.
