Division In The Spotlight

When a division consisting of multiple workcenters goes through an inspection for military bearing, work accountability accuracy, seeking out possible service member abuse, and ensuring that work is being completed correctly by having each workcenter go through an inspection of maintenance that was completed and signed for within the past 13 weeks or current week by the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, and Command Master Chief. These three are considered the most important on the ship, from the most important person being stated first. Failure to pass can result in immediate or future consequences should the division continue to fail. This information is for Cruiser hull classes and below. The writer has no information on how accurate this is for larger hulls such as Amphibious Carriers and Aircraft Carriers as the chain of command is typically led by an admiral directly attached to the ship. It is possible that the admirals delegate these inspections to lower ranking officers.
