Human Post Effects
Human post effects (HPE) from close encounter (CE) with UAP is caused by something entirely understandable. It is my current opinion that HPE is caused by THz radiation that derives from the technology itself, or the consciousness behind it. Humans are totally and utterly vulnerable to it because it is vibrations at the quantum level effecting our brains. HPE itself, like any energy, is neither good or bad. It is dangerous, like electricity, but that doesn't mean HPE cannot be safely used. In fact, HPE has the potential to improve the human condition in astonishing ways.. but… we first have to understand what we are dealing with… and… prepare the public for CE with UAP technologies… Kevin Day, USS Princeton 2004 Nimitz UFO incident
