Otta is the name found from the Bathwa(Nguni) people in Africa "Congo" I may not know what it means but it's a name for a boy, there's a boy named Otta Benga he was put in a cage with a baboon.. in a zoo-like institution and I think it was some demonstration with motives to instill the belief that black people are sub-human more »
