The International Center for Leading Studies (T.I.C.L.S.) is an independent, non-profit educational foundation with the aim of developing programs that contribute to a better informed and documented knowledge, disseminate information, stimulate dialogue, and develop personalities. As an educational center and affirmed supporter of continuing education, T.I.C.L.S. facilitates acquisition of knowledge as we believe it is the basic tool that could provide opportunities for personal development at all levels of academic background and all ages. The ability to assess reality and to generate new ideas and perspectives can only come from educated discussion. The T.I.C.L.S. programs are interdisciplinary and multicultural adapted for each public they address. We also see ourselves as mediators between science and civil society, envisioning to motivate people of all ages and background to better themselves, to get involved in causes that are important to our society, and to contribute to a more interrelated International Community, our contemporary world. T.I.C.L.S. has been founded in 2012 by the Greek Association for Atlantic and European Cooperation (G.A.A.E.C.) and a number of personalities who have been involved in its activities until then and have become affirmed supporters of its goals.
