(EDPD) is a form of socio-psychopathy found almost exclusively in the United Kingdom, particularly in England although there have been increasing numbers of cases diagnosed in Wales and among the Unionist populations in Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some cases have been found outside the United Kingdom; the vast majority of these are British migrants although three of the cases which have been diagnosed are non-British Anglophiles. EDPD is evidenced by a belief in the superiority of the United Kingdom in relation to the European Union and a paranoid belief that the EU has been conspiring against the UK since its inception in 1957 by refusing to allow membership and, since the UKs accession in the early 1970s, through the introduction of various regulations including a non-existent ban on curved bananas.
