What does Rutles mean?

Rutles
The Rutles were a creation of neil Innes and Eric Idle amongst others as a wildly successful group whose career was loosely based on The Beatles. A TV spoof programme was made called 'All You Need Is Cash' which has recently been re-released as a special edition DVD. An album was made but I have been unable to trace it (long deleted).
