In February 2020, Bombardier announced an agreement for Alstom to purchase the entire rail transportation division.Bombardier Transportation produces a wide range of products including passenger rail vehicles, locomotives, bogies, propulsion and controls. Danny Di Perna is the president and chief operating officer of Bombardier Transportation. In February 2020, the company had 36,050 employees, and 63 manufacturing and engineering locations around the world.
