What does USCA mean in Associations?

Ulva School Community Association

Ulva School Community Association was formed in 2011 to give the people in and around the Ulva Primary School area a say in the future plans for the area. The Association grew out of the succesful fight to save our local primary school from closure. Our aims are: To provide support for the school in whatever form the Association agrees is appropriate and practical. To advance community development, including rural regeneration within the Community. To manage community land and associated assets for the benefit of the Community and the public in general. To advance the education of the Community about its environment, culture, heritage and/or history. To provide, or assist in providing, recreational facilities, and/or organising recreational activities, which will be available to members of the Community and public at large with the object of improving the conditions of life of the Community.
