The APEC Sustainable Energy Center (APSEC) was established at the 11th APEC Energy Ministers' Meeting in 2014 and was included in the Beijing Declaration of the 11th APEC Energy Ministers' Meeting 2014 [1] declaration of the twenty-second apec leaders' informal meeting. THE APEC SUSTAINABLE ENERGY CENTER IS PART OF THE STATE ENERGY ADMINISTRATION OF CHINA AND IS ENTRUSTED BY THE STATE ENERGY ADMINISTRATION WITH TIANJIN UNIVERSITY TO MANAGE THE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE CENTER. [2] THE APEC Centre for Sustainable Energy is the first and only international cooperation agency in the energy sector, led by the Chinese government. Its purpose is to provide intellectual support and guarantee for China's participation in energy cooperation under apec framework, and to provide APEC economies with sustainable energy technology cooperation platform, overall solutions and specialized services.
