What does RAHA mean in Non-Profit Organizations?

It is also known as the ROTARY CLUB OF RAHA SULAYMAN VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS DIVISION. It was officially organized and founded on July 1, 2007 during the term of Sharing Year of Pres. Jonathan Teng as one of his baby projects on his term of presidency. It is meant to be a volunteer fire brigade who will respond to the call of our fellow rotary members. The brigade was headed by Mr. Ronan Li. As firechief of the group together with RAHA Volunteers, they respond in almost all the fire incident in Metro Manila and nearby provinces and not only in fire incidents. They also respond to vehicular accidents and medical cases that need first aid. After a year of operations, the group grew more bigger. More volunteers joined Chief Ronan and they added two more divisions to the brigade. The RAHA Rescue division and the RAHA medic ambulance division to respond to those different kind of emergency calls. The years passed by and they added more fire truck, rescue unit and ambulances thru the help of our members and our partners Rosita Soliman Foundation. We serve those who need help as long as we can.
